Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager with skills in UI/UX to join our dynamic team. This unique role bridges data analysis, product design, and strategic planning for product development. You will build out user interfaces and website content, analyze data, and use these insights to perform product management duties, including user-centered design. If you have a passion for leveraging user experience techniques to drive product success and possess a keen eye for design, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Write detailed reports presenting the results of experiments, data analyses, and their implications on the product strategy.
• Manage the product life cycle, from conception to launch, based on UI/UX of the business.
• Lead UI/UX design efforts, ensuring the alignment of user needs and business goals.
• Enhance website presence and coordinate social media deliverables.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Present prototypes and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for product and interactive design decisions.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on product management and UI/UX design.
• Strong experience with front end design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch,, Lucid, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in design and user workflows, and understanding of other prototyping tools.
• Experience in UI/UX design, including tools such as Invision, Figma, or Miroi.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a simplified manner.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Skills

• Proficiency in modern prototype tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in UI/UX design and user interface development.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, financial systems, or similar complex applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems, preferably Git / GitLab.

Education

• A 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Design, Business, or a related field OR equivalent training & work experience. Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
